It's Frosty the Snow Runner! I guess I'll go out and run now but it's 31 degrees and kind of icy out. I suppose that's what you meant by beach-y and balm-y.

It's so true! I can't tell you how many times I end a run out in the cold so happy I got out there only to be all worried about getting out there the next day! But yeah, it's always worth it. No matter how nervous we are about how much running oht there is going to suck, the bottom line really is that running outside in the winter is truly great stuff!
