I agree with backofpack. The caption on this photos could be turned into a quiz:
Did this smiling athlete just run:
a) she didn't. She is posing for relatives
b) a sweet 53 meter time trial.
c) a 5 kilometer fun race
d) a 5,000 meter outdoor steeplechase
e) a gruelling albeit scenic 50 miler
f) she's just starting to run home because she forgot to water the houseplants

that is SO COOL! You look strong and energized, and most importantly you look like it's still fun, even at mile 50! So impressed. WOW! :) Congrats again on a fantastic race!
