Hello? Anyone out there?
Thank you all SO much for the foot healing wishes! They worked miraculously! I will tempt the fates and say that it is healed and I have been doing some good running. I am really grateful.
This photo serves as proof that I've been running! It was taken this morning on the Mill Creek Trail in the Teton Mountains. This is part of the race course for the Grand Teton Races. In the background, the small town of Driggs, ID is sprawling into Teton Valley.
More photos and running reviews to come, I promise! As a teaser, I (oh-so-very-very-slowly) ran the Wasatch Speedgoat 50k down in Utah last weekend, and that was quite an experience!

I'm so glad to hear you are running again and that foot is behaving!!! Great news! :) And I just love how you casually mention you ran a 50K last weekend - you are crazy girl! Either way, glad to hear you are back at it. Enjoy! :)

About time you started getting dirt in your socks again! Glad to hear that your foot is feeling better. I'm sure Speedgoat was a nice warm up run for you.
We would be happy to take you on a 12 Summits run in exchange for a Yellowstone adventure. Any time you think you might be in the area let us know!
We are off to the PCT 50/50 in Oregon this weekend. Steve Stoyles and I are running sweep for Olga who is the RD. Michelle and Steves Wife Lori will be manning an aid station. Looks like they have 100 50K runners and 50 50M runners so the race entry is full.

That picture is gorgeous. I like how we can see a bit of June the dog (I think that is the right name) as well. But what is that strange vest contraption?
BTW I cannot believe you ran a 50k last weekend, you rock :)
