Celebrate Women!
Today is International Women's Day. In some countries, women get the day off work. In others, women are surprised with flowers, candy, and other little gifts from the men in their life. Mostly, the day is a celebration of women and their achievements.
So, ahem, men, get out there and do something nice for your friends, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, girlfriends, wives, and etceteras!

Meghan, a belated congratulations on your terrific performance in Costa Rica, you are very modest. The experience and your chronicles sounded quite amazing. What a terrific opportunity. I'm glad you've gotten some warm weather in Yellowstone. It's still super cold here in VT but it is supposed to warm up this weekend, I'm looking forward to it. Keep up the good work training and recovering. And thanks for the note about International Women's Day.
