Some Easy Running
Yesterday I was able to run five miles in the morning with Seb. We mostly ran around the golf course which was nice. In the evening I ran the six mile Fitzgerald loop at a decent pace. I was tired but the weather was so nice and my legs were so happy to have clear snow free pavement that I could not help picking up the pace at times.
This morning was another beautiful morning and the day is only going to get better. I am excited about that. I ran seven miles this morning but felt really flat and tired. I purposely forced myself to run at an easy pace. I will need to focus to get through my running goals for today and tomorrow. This afternoon I will most likely run at least three miles with the team. I then have a bike ride planned. My first ride of the season. I can't wait. My friend and I may then do a short run after the ride. We'll see. For now, I have lots of work to do.
