fri/sat
friday:
ran ~ 72 minutes in fair lawn, nj on the bike paths. it was very warm and muggy. ran easy. ran on some single track trails too--it was a bit cooler in the woods.
saturday:
ran ~ 50 minutes. ran the middle 20 minutes at a medium to hard pace. it was warm out but not as muggy as it has been. tonight we leave for our big drive across the country. i'm looking forward to running in california again--though i've enjoyed all my runs back east quite a bit!
