Week off!

well after 6 months of pretty hard, consistent training I decided I needed to take a week off and do absolutely nothing. I did that!

I had time to think about things that worked through out the last 6 months & things that didn't. I think I went into Way TOO cool a bit stale... none of my long runs...since the marathon felt good...at some point during all of those long runs...i struggled...so that was one sign.

I also grew tired of the type of training I was doing... Long runs every weekend...long tempo runs, etc...!

So needless to say the Week off has been great!
