Mary Update
Go to http://www.run.nl/index.html if you would like to see how Mary is doing in the 100k. It looks like she just had 1 very tough lap ...but is coming back strong. I'm really proud of her!!! :)

Thank you for the link! I'm enjoying watching her progress. They haven't updated in a while, though (unless I'm doing something wrong) and it's driving me crazy!
