guess I oughta start posting again

I'll start off with a weekly, because it's easy:

M: 10mi (8:52)
T: 9mi (8:28)
W: AM 6mi (9:08), PM 6mi incl 4x1000, avg 3:52
R: AM 8mi (8:58), PM 1.35mi "helping" at xc practice
F: 10.22mi (8:57), easy on purpose
Sa: 7.86mi incl 5K race (19:45, 2nd woman)
Su: 18mi (7:58) hill run

total: 76.4 miles

I managed to get through both the track workout and the 5K without too much whining, yay!
