Robinswood Park Results
Our first race in the rain. Many runners had good races, Tim won the race for his first cross country victory. Claire, Sarah and Brieccia all cracked the top 10.

Salt Creek Invite Results
Many great races Saturday at Salt Creek. The course changed slightly from last year, about 20-30 seconds longer, but Sarah, Becky, and Maddy still managed to run faster times. I am really looking forward to our training and races next week. Wednesday we're at Robinswood park and Saturday we're at the fast-flat course at Lake Sammamish State Park.
Wednesday we're planning on running two races...All Boys starting approx. at 4 PM, and All Girls starting approx. at 4:35 PM.

Packing List for Salt Creek
Packing List for athletes:
• Racing Spikes
• Racing Uniform
• Warm-ups
• Extra Clothes (bring something warm for Friday evening—the Sequim Bay State Park can get chilly.
• Shower stuff
• Running shoes for practice on Friday
• ***Sleeping Bag***
• Water Bottle and Snack to eat when finished with race
• Food, lodging and transportation is included in the cost of the trip
• Snacks for the bus trip over (Friday) and during the meet (Saturday)
• Students may want to bring a couple bucks to buy an ice cream cone if we have a prolonged wait at the Kingston ferry terminal.
• Money for Race T-shirt (if wanted)
