Summer heat finally arrives
Yesterday's run included some Powerline trail repeats, 5 of 'em. Running all 5 were fr. girls Anne, Mackenzie, and Nicola, so. Adrian, Coach Johnson, Sr. Brieccia, Jr. Jenny, Jr. Grady ran 3 but had to leave early. Captain Tim was present but did not run and Captain Veronica came also, but is focusing this week on her STP preperation.

Hi Coach Johnson,
Sorry I couldn't make it to practice today; I managed to injure my heel at
soccer practice where I already had a growing pain issue, so I decided there's
no point in running on it.
Unfortunately I also won't be able to make it to any of next week's practices
because I'll be doing a camp from 9-4 everyday.
