Day 3
I don't have anything else to write so here is my "tagged" sentence.
"In the afternoon I ran some trails on the south hill for another 5 miles."
Here are the instructions:
1) Go into your archives.
2) Find your 23rd post.
3) Find your 5th sentence (or closest to it).
4) Post the text of your sentence in your blog along with these rules.
5) Tag five other people.
If you're reading this you're one of my five. Sorry Jana.
Sign of out-of-shapeness: Running 3 days in a row is not only difficult but generates a sense of accomplishment.

Fall is coming to the Northwest
Fall is coming. It's dark and getting colder. This week is the first week that its really started feeling like fall. My trip to Spokane this weekend made it feel even more like fall. I'm looking forward to a more mild winter. I'm not too sure about the whole rain thing, but it'll be nice to have less days of sub freezing temperatures.

Week #39
I decided to rename my run along the waterfront here in Kirkland. It feels a lot like running in Central Park so that's what I have decided to call it.
I also added up my mileage for the past 365 days. My goal was to run 3000 miles. I came up 430 miles short. But on the good side, I'm up from 2207 for the year 2004 and I should be able to come close to 2600 for year. I know its not quite up to Alison standards, and my cross training includes Chubby Hubby Ice Cream and Fat Tire beer, but at least its an improvement of over 15%.
Wednesday Workout
