Wednesday Track

Today I made it back to the track for the second week in a row! That makes 3 speed workouts in 8 days. My mileage has dropped quite a bit in the last few weeks, but at least I've picked up some speed workouts. I wish I could do both, but I just haven't got this working 60 hours per week and running thing down yet. I know it can be done 'cause I have done it before. I just need to stop watching shows like "Lost" that burn two hours of my evening away.

Wed: 7.5 mils, 3x800-600-400 with 200m recovery

Tues: 9.5 miles, Bay Pop to Lake Dr to Kirk Ele
Mon: 0 miles
