Toaster Race Tomorrow
Running the Toaster Run 5K tomorrow. I only know that the starting gun is some sort of toaster, there's a river crossing, and some good runners are likely to be there.
I'm planning on running hard, but I'm also planning on running 6-8 miles at 7 am and the race is at 10:30 am, so hopefully it will be a good workout and pretty fun too.
Fri: 8 miles, River Run
Thurs: 8 miles, IPROnB
Wed: 8 miles, Moose Run
Tues: 6 miles, Gold Rush Race Course
Mon: 7.5 miles, Motorcycle Hill

I ran the Cherry Pickers Trot as well - ok, well, that's being generous! I drug my sorry butt around the course! I just started running again, after, oh, about an 11-year hiatus (you know, the marriage & full-time job thing - didn't feel especially motivated) but for some reason, I've really felt motivated this summer to start running again. After about a month of running on my lunch break at work, I thought I could give the old CPT a try - hah! It looks like you finished the run right when I hit the 2-mile mark! But it gives me a good goal for next year - to finish in a better time!
