What is Rolfing?
After spending nearly 11 hours at the track yesterday I went to the school auction, where I volunteer to enter winning bids into the computer. The side perk to this job is that items that do not sell are up for grabs at the minimum opening bid. So in addition to 4 hours of electrical work for my mom (mother's day), I purchased 1.5 hours of Rolfing. So far what I've heard about it is a little scary, especially since I'm pretty much a wimp when it comes to massage pain. I'm thinking about giving it to my brother for his birthday gift unless I start hearing some good things about it. Anyone tried it?
