I'm glad I didn't run the extra 2.5 miles yesterday to get 70 for last week. I felt really good today and am starting to feel a bit refreshed, like I might actually be ready to work during my speed workouts this week. Of course, I have a ton of work to do so my sleep will suffer and that could set me back. Hopefully after this week I'll be a little less stressed.
