Bike Riding
Today was a non-running day. Running in Newport is not as exciting as I would like it to be and I didn't want to drive anywhere to run so I climbed on my bike. I brought it along for 4000 miles so I had to get some use out of it anyhow. I rode for 2 hours in and around Newport, for about about 30 miles. It was pretty windy so I had to fight that, but it was a nice switch from grinding out some miles on foot.
Yesterday I felt like slacking a bit so I ran an easy 6 miles on the cliff walk. Clock time 44:14.
