Not sure if I have used this title yet.
Sunday -- 5k w/up (6:00 pace) + 3x150m sprint-float-sprint + 5k c/down (5:50 pace).
Monday -- 4 miles a.m. + 800m simulation p.m. (300/200/300) -- (41/50/44)
Tuesday -- Luke's Locker 800 meters. Goal is 1:55. I'm going to try and run 55/60.
