Ok, it is done. Signed up for a fall marathon. Not quite sure why but this will most likely be my last go at a fastish time. Sunday October 17th is the day so I have 15.5 weeks to get my butt in shape and in gear for this race. There is going to be a lot of action at work during this training. Schedule is going to be key as far as how the adaptations and travel is handled. I believe I am going to add more longer tempo runs and PMP runs into my training this time. The longer harder efforts were missing from my last build up and I need to get that back. I will stick with the same longer track intervals because those worked very well in maintaining what little speed I have left.
If anyone else is running Baystate let me know. We can get together for some of the workouts and long runs.
