A glimpse

Some actually training has been taking place in the land of the easy gait the past 4 weeks and I am finally getting in some quality miles with a few workouts. This week I start the tuesday/saturday workout routine that has worked so well in the past with early races of the Army 10 miler and Mayor's Cup the only two events on the schedule.

The training has been going well and I am confident in the way the workouts have gone that I didn't lose as much as first feared.

I plan to post a bit more now as the training has returned and there is actually something to write about. First workout planned for tuesday so stay tuned.
