Not Running a whole lot
The trip to hawaii put a huge crimp in my summer racing plans. I plan to get back into for fall cross. I have barely been working out but did a few fun races like the timlin 5k in hopkinton and the chase corporate challenge. I have a picture to prove it.
I am not going to post times though. Too embarrassing. Once I get a solid plan put together and some solid training in I will start posting the data. Life has to stop getting in the way of running fast that is for sure. Just assume I am running 50 miles a week and trying to get my pull up count over 10. I have been stuck at 9 for a week.
