Well done. That's a lot of time to be running. I know that it's possible to run fast when it counts despite training slow, but it would have been better to do at least one of those runs at a fast pace.

Wow. That's some volume...in singles.

I tried to comment yesterday, but couldn't get your comments to open up.

I thought it was going to be 90 miles this week, but it turned into 97 miles! Big week, chica, great job pulling it off!

Hopefully several days of good recovery will keep you out of the injury realm.
