It's one thing to slack off on the blog, but to slack off on both the blog and the running, now that's unforgivable. I definitely deserve a spanking.
I am not without excuses though. My cold from last week, holidays with the family, bitter temperatures and my visiting German friend all take a share of the blame. But the fact remains, I haven't run at all in almost two weeks now. I've got Friday off from work though and it's supposed to be nice out that day. Besides that, the German wants to go for a jog in Central Park, so I may be fresh out of excuses.
