Progress
I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. I'm anxiously awaiting the new arrival although I have TONS of stuff left to do at work. I'm supposed to work up until the day before my due date, but we'll see if I make it that far. My weekly visits to the doctor started last week. I was 1 cm. dilated and not even remotely effaced. Today, I'm 1-2 cm. dilated and 50% effaced. None of these numbers necessarily mean anything, but it looks like things are moving along quicker than I thought (at least compared to last week's status). If I wasn't so tired, I'd link the words "dilated" and "effaced" for those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about. You may not want to know either and I'm certainly not going to try and provide any kind of explanation. I'm off to put my feet up now...

Hi Caitlin, I am so excited for you. You must be so anxious! Hang in there, rest, and don't worry about your school work. It will take care of itself. Keep us all posted!!!!

Caitlin,
Good luck on your last few weeks of pregnancy! I hope you'll keep us posted on your progress!

Wow, you are getting really close! Good luck these last few weeks and I'd recommend doing lots of things for yourself right now if you have time (hair cut, "Caitlin day" --go to the movies, be perfectly indulgent, hang out w/your lady friends, read magazines, etc..).
I have the Bob Revolution 2006 stroller http://www.nextag.com/Bob-Strollers-2006-Revolution-85375177/prices-html
and I have no problems with it! It's easy to use both on the trails and roads and it has an add on feature--infant adaptor bar--that you can use early on...and attach your car seat into the stroller so you can walk or jog while your baby is still young.
Best of luck these next few weeks. I"m very excited for you!!!

Congratulations, Caitlin!! This is so exciting!!! I also second Liz's suggestion . . . you totally need a Caitlin day before the baby arrives ;)

I have the same stroller as Liz. I did not use it when the baby was younger, mainly becuase it was cold then but it is great for both running and jogging and SO easy to maneuver.
the baby must be coming soon, if not here already. Best of luck! it is a very special time so enjoy it as much as you can.
