Sunny Sunday
It is currently a BEAUUUUUUTIFUL day outside! I hope it's this nice in Wisconsin right now for the IM. In the mid 70s and sunny and not humid. Ahhh...my favorite!
It was even cooler and more fall like this morning when O and I ran. It was only in the low 50s! That is perfect running weather defined. But at this point in the year it actually felt a little chilly! We had a great run. The cooler weather always helps to make the running feel a lot easier.
Now I'm off for a bike ride. I have to unglue myself somehow from the IM Wisconsin coverage! When I get back I'm sure it will still be on!

I love running in that cool weather - you are so lucky!
I was glued to IM Wis all day too.. so fun!
