Just Keep On Keepin' On
Today I had a very nice day. Day off work which is no doubt the reason why my day was so good! Got up, did a bike workout, went for a run, went to a health fair (where I got many free things such as pens, notepads and chip clips), did core exercises, did laundry, did some other odds and ends that needed done and in general took my time and relaxed. That's the best thing about days off. They are often just as busy as if I went to work that day but instead of rushing and trying to do everything at warp speed, I have the time to slow down a little and THINK. Very nice.
Anyway, my bike workout was very good. I thought I might die I was pushing the pedals so hard but of course that's just a temporary feeling. :) And my run was even better! The weather is just so nice and perfect for running right now. Thank you God!
When I got the mail I was very excited to see that Netflix delivered the first DVD of the most recent Grey's Anatomy season. YIPPPPEEE!! I am such a Grey's Anatomy junkie. It's just not even funny. But anyway, I'm all caught up on the first 3 seasons and now the fourth season is available. I waited all summer for it! I have to be careful to slowly savor and not watch it all at once!
And finally I'm happy to report that it's pizza night at the Shutt house. If there is something I like more than Grey's Anatomy it's pizza night! I LOVE PIZZA! And I never get sick of it. I could consist soley on pizza and cereal. Of course I couldn't for real, because that would be really unhealthy. But if we are just going on taste alone - cereal and pizza are my picks!

Yes, we are big cereal fans as well. And if we're too tired to make dinner - it's a somewhat decent substitute. Of course you don't get any veggies, but I'm still working on that one...
