i was waiting for your report (even though i had already checked out the results!!!!) YEAH!!!!! Way to push through the last .2 miles. I have only very rarely raced against people I actually knew. That sounds so intense!! I'm proud of you!

oh, and how is it even possible to swim so fast!!! i can't believe there are triathletes who can swim faster than you. oh my god.

Congratulations on a great race in Florida! I was wondering where in PA "Natrona Hts" is and now that I've read your blog I see you're from Pittsburgh! I grew up 60 miles NW of Pgh, went to Pitt and lived in Pgh until 1998, but live in Arkansas right now. Jen is my coach. Love the picture of the two of you prerace!
