Happy Easter!
Hope everyone has had a wonderful Easter! O and I have. Great church service this morning where our pastor reminded us of how God's strength can change our lives. True, true. Very, very true. And Easter type songs are some of my favorites to sing. There was a trio that sang a song this morning called Arise My Love that was very powerful. Amazing the talent that exists in our church!
Anyway, before church O and I did our long run and were treated to a beautiful sunrise. It was a touch cold (about 22 degrees) but once the sun got up not too bad. Roxy even behaved herself on the run which is quite a change from the usual. I think after last week when we threatened not to take her running this week she got the message. Much more focused this morning she was. Which makes for happy owners. :)
After the run and church we headed to O's parents' house where we ate good food and watched basketball. Much to O and his father's surprise and utter joy Davidson (where my father in law went to college) pulled the big upset over Georgetown (sorry Audrey!). It definitely hurt my brackets but I always enjoy watching the underdog pull it off. Don't we all though? I think that's because we all have a little underdog in us. And it's fun to watch them take down the giant.
So now I'm off to ride my bike. Inside of course because there isn't much sunlight left in the day. Hope everyone has a great week!

I was so shocked!!! Oh well... The poor hoyas....
Did you know their point guard James Wallace was accepted at Georgetown law next for next fall? That's my fun fact for the day.
Train on!
