Lazy is Good
Sometimes that is. Lazy is not good all the time. But every once in a blue moon. Ahh...lazy is good.
It's 10 am and I'm still sitting in my pjs and all I've done today is look on the internet and eat breakfast. It helped that I slept in until almost 9 AM!!! What a treat. I certainly couldn't do this every day (or every week or even every month) but right now it's just what the doctor ordered. I'm now learning that when you don't take any days off from training usually, the ones you do get are MUCH more appreciated!
Regardless, O is off at the pool swimming with his friend (that's for all you people who think I FORCE O to train with me - see - he just does it on his own accord without me! :) and when he gets back we will tackle our to-do-list. Taxes is high up on the list. But I really like to do taxes because ours are really easy to do AND we almost always get a nice return. Who doesn't like getting money back from the government - the one time making very little money is a GOOD thing! :)
Hope everyone has a super day!

Hello, I'm back from the pool with my friend who I teach with. Here was our work out.
2 x (3 x 150 w/ 15 sec rest, 1 x 300 w/ 45 sec rest).
One other note, I just wanted to second that I've never been forced into any of this training. What it really comes down to is that I LOVE TO EAT--especially pizza and sweets!!!
So, if I didn't do all of this training, I'd probably be 10-15 pounds heavier. So, if anything, I'm appreciative that I have a great wife who will encourage me to excercise daily, even if the wind chill is near zero or if it's 5AM!

Beth:
I'll be thinking of you and your meet today. Good luck!
O: I know what you mean about being food-motivated to train. I like your swim workout that you posted. I am going to borrow that sometime soon.

Danielle: It was a nice, quick workout. It's actually one of Beth's workouts that she suggested for us to do.
