The Heat is On
Literally. As in we had to turn the heat on because when I got home from work it was 63 degrees in our house and the low tonight is 39 degrees and what this all means is that without some help from the furnace there would be quite a bit of shivering going on tonight! Hard to believe that last week at this time it was about 83 degrees in our house and I was complaining that we needed to turn our AC back on. Pittsburgh weather - it just can't be beat! :)
Regardless, tomorrow I will be swimming first and THEN starting my 4 hour ride because if I did it the other way around I would have to dig out my tights, heavy cycling coat and gloves. I might still be doing that at 10 AM but there is less of a chance then than at 7 AM.
As for today, I swam this morning - 3500 yds of fast, short stuff on tight intervals. And then this afternoon after work I lifted. And now it's time to dig out some sweatpants and long sleeves for bed. It won't be long before I'm whining about how much I want to live in Austin again... :)
Have a great weekend everyone!

I'm glad to hear that your heat is on because we turned ours on less than an hour ago for the first time since we moved here. I was feeling kind of wimpy for doing so, but now I feel better :-)
I hope your weekend training goes well!
