Swim & Lift
This morning at the YMCA (I really just sometimes wished I worked at the Y - especially since it's only 5 minutes from our house and I'm already there about 2 hours/day):
1) 3500 yd swim including doing sets of 50s on :40. That's really fast for this slow moving non-fish. Luckily after doing lots of repeats of 500 yds and longer, a 50 is usually over before I realize what I'm doing.
2) weight lifting session
