Lots 'O Training
5:15 am - 3500 yd swim with lots of repeat 300s. I just happened to glance at my swim workout tomorrow and noticed...well...lots of repeat 300s. Is that supposed to be some sort of joke?
5:10 pm - 70 min trainer workout. I really rocked this one. Definitely been feeling stronger on my hard trainer sessions. Part of the workout today was a 10 min hard interval in which I decided I was going to try to push the biggest gear that I could while still maintaining my cadence over 90 rpms. Can you say "feel the burn"?! This set me up nicely for the rest of the workout 3x4 min w/1 min rest, 4x1 min w/30 sec rest in which my legs felt trashed but I still pushed hard.
7:10 pm - weight session as the YMCA
7:50 pm - 30 min easy pool run
I was going to try running again today but then chickened out thinking that it was too close to the last time I ran (Sunday). Instead I opted to move that run to tomorrow. Definitely looking forward to it! But now also looking forward to my bed. And some ice cream. :)
