All Three

5:25 am - ~6.5 miles with O including 15 min wu, 4x100 pickups w/100 recovery jog, 400 easy, 1x4000 as accelerate on straights, jog easy on curves (6:44, 6:38, 3:19), 12 min cd

4:35 pm - 2500 yds swimming w/main set of 15x100, did my new drills on my warmup and cooldown

6:20 pm - 53 min total cycling including 15 min wu, 4x15 sec pickups w/10 sec rest, 2 min easy, 3x5 min w/2 min rest, 15 min cd

How did it get to be 10:30 already? Tomorrow is a new day I guess!

Maybe it is because I am new, but are you training for triathalons (spelling?)?

I notice in a few of your posts that you swim, etc.

Anyways, great job on the running!
