Thinking Can Be Dangerous

At least for me anyway. Or I guess I should say "over-thinking can be dangerous". That's more like it. And that's what I was doing yesterday when mental meltdown occured. :)

I truly appreciate everyone's comments of encouragement. They made me smile and made me think (there I go again with that dangerous thinking stuff :) and of course made me so glad for the community of bloggers, family and friends that we've got going here!

Anyway, my problem is (always has been and likely always will be) getting way too far ahead of myself. "Easy killer" - that's what I have to tell myself sometimes. :) One day at a time, one race at a time, one bill at a time, one stride, one pedal stroke and one swim stroke at a time. Take it as it comes, focus on the task at hand and don't get side tracked by things or people that don't understand the journey you are on - all the things I need to remember - because worrying about what may or may not happen in the future is a big waste of energy that I just don't have.

In the mean time - full speed ahead. My resolve has not weakened to chase down a goal I'm determined to achieve.

Thanks guys - you are the best.

We all experience mental meltdowns. They make us stronger. Glad you're feeling better about it.
