And Away We Go
The car is packed (kind of). I've done my 500 yd easy swim and my 45 min easy ride this morning. I'll do a quick 20-30 min run once we get there. We've got the directions and maps. We've got munchies. Roxy is settled in at O's parents' house for the weekend. To Lynchburg, VA we go! Will report back after the race is through (and hopefully not cancelled due to thunder and lightening!).
