The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow
Well it's still cold and it did snow a good bit but I have to give Mother Nature some props - it was at least very sunny today and the roads are already clear! The track isn't so clear...but I guess we can't have everything we want... :)
This morning I went to the pool (I feel like a broken record...)
AM swim workout:
3500 yds total @YMCA
wu: 200 easy, 12x50 w/20 sec rest (4 each of back, breast, free)
ms: 5x500 w/45 sec rest as 2 straight (6:49, 6:43), 2 pull (8:18, 8:18), and 1 broken at 100s for 10 sec (1:21, 1:20, 1:19, 1:19, 1:18)
cd: 200 easy
Oh my...500s...need I say more? :) With Tuesday being a relatively big day (all three sports) I'm finding Wednesday morning long swims very challenging! But I survived just fine.
When I got home from work I ran for a very easy 30 minutes and then went back to the YMCA for a lifting session.
I have tomorrow off work and for that I am very thankful! I have some biking and running to do and then in the afternoon a massage, which I have been very much looking forward to!
Have a great night everyone!

Oh, have a great massage! I'm happy for you that you're letting yourself indulge like that!
Regarding yesterday's discussion of clothing worn to bed: I cannot believe you wear that many clothes to sleep in! That's just amazing! I toss and turn enough that I would probably strangle myself in all those clothes!
