Tuesday - 2500 yd swim in am, 1 hour ride, 1:10 run in pm, 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchers
Wednesday - 4000 yd swim in am, 30 min run and weights in pm
Thursday - 50 min run in am, 1:45 ride in pm
Friday - 3000 yd swim in am, weights in pm
Saturday - 3 hour ride/30 min run brick in am, core/feet exercises
Sunday - 1:55 run in am, 1 hour ride, 3000 yd swim in pm
