TGIF

I don't think I could be more glad that it's Friday!

AM swim workout:

2500 yds total
wu: 300 easy, 12x25 w/20 sec rest, 3x100 kick w/10 sec rest, 450 pull, 6x50 w/20 sec rest descending each two, 4x25 fast w/30 sec rest
ms: 4x100 fast w/30 sec rest (1:15.2, 1:14.6, 1:15.0, 1:13.9), 6x50 fast w/30 sec rest (36.5, 36.6, 36.0, 35.9, 35.1, 35.1)
cd: 100 easy

Now that was a serious warmup! I definitely had to write it all down because there was no way I was remembering all that. It went by fast though.

And that's the training for the day. Good deal. Just a few more hours at work and it will finally be the weekend! And it's supposed to warm up next week! (I'm not holding my breathe though)
