MTV DOES Play Videos!
I had long ago given up the notion that either VH1 or MTV actually still played music videos. At one point I wondered if music videos even still existed. Do artists even bother? Why spend so much on producing something that nary a few would ever watch? But it turns out MTV and VH1 DO still play videos - only they play them at 5 am!
I discovered this while I was riding this morning. Still on the trainer as our 40 degree weather is over and rain/snow/ice has replaced it. I swear I would move to Austin tomorrow if it was possible. Regardless, it was an hour and a half moderate ride this morning. It went pretty well. And that was actually it for the day for my training as my usual Thursday evening run has been removed in light of my upcoming race. Feels weird to already be done for the day, but I'm not complaining.
