More of the Usual Part Two
Life is exciting here in Pittsburgh - swimming, working, lifting. I'm very unpredictable these days! :)
AM swim workout
2500 yds total @YMCA (800 yds warmup, 500 yds cooldown)
300 w/buoy mod (5:18) 30 sec rest
300 w/buoy mod (5:16) 30 sec rest
300 swim mod (4:18) 30 sec rest
300 w/fins mod (3:50)
Easy workout. Quick workout. But I must say - the pull buoy is not my friend! I hate that thing. Considering my kick is likely the strongest component of my swimming, when you take it away I am not a happy camper. :)
My only other workout I had today was a lifting session which I completed over lunch at Pitt (the students are back means the good gym is open again). And now I'm about to head home and do what?! It's been a while since I got home around 4:30 and didn't have anything else planned for the evening (in terms of training of course...there are plenty of chores around the house to do... :)
