Swim, Lift, Bike

Did a triple today...

AM swim workout:
3800 yds total w/900 yds warmup, 800 yds cooldown
100,200,300,400,300,200,100 w/varying rests - same workout as last Wednesday and in about the same times

For some reason I don't feel like giving all the details of my workouts today even though I'm usually all into that. Regardless, I'm still on pace to swim my 15,000 yds this week.

Around 2:30 I took a break from my work and went to lift at Pitt. Nothing too exciting there.

Then it was movie night! I rode for 1:30 with some isolated leg training thrown in there. Tomorrow a swim and (hopefully) a run.

Is this about the worst post ever? :)
