Light Day

Not too much training today! At lunch time I lifted. Still doing the same heavy weight, low reps stuff. Nothing too exciting.

Tonight I have pilates. And that, my friends, is it! Very light day which I assume is in preparation for tomorrow which will include a 4000 yd swim, 12 mile run and 2 hours on the bike. That (for me) is quite the opposite of a light day!

And now I have to work on the book chapter that I was supposed to be writing since about September that is now (of course) due December 31. I swear I didn't use to be a procrastinator... :)
