And That Was That!

Nice ride this morning. It wasn't too cold and although we had a small group it was a good group. We rode for 2:35, about 45 miles and climbed some massive hills. I could have definitely been talked into riding a nice, flat course but we did what we did and I survived! 8.5 hours of sleep last night helped me feel better for this morning but my legs were definitely feeling this past week's training. Day off tomorrow should do the trick - I'll be all recovered to start over again Monday! :)

Week Summary:

Sunday - off
Monday - 4100 yd swim in am, 45 minute plyometric session in am, 2:15 on the CompuTrainer - ride #3 in pm
Tuesday - 50 minute lifting session in afternoon, 1 hour pilates in pm,
Wednesday - 3800 yd swim in am, 1:30 run in pm, 1:55 w/ILT on trainer in pm
Thursday - 4100 yd swim in am, 45 minute weight session in am, 45 minute run w/striders in pm
Friday - 4100 yd swim in am, 1:30 run in pm, core/feet exercises
Saturday - 2:35 ride (45 miles) in am, 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchers
Sunday - off(!)

18 hours 45 minutes, 16,100 yds swimming, 29.5 miles running, 116.5 miles riding and I seriously can't imagine what training for an Ironman is like! :)
