Zone 1 Running
Up on the docket today - 55 minutes of easy zone 1 running. I cheated a little and ran 55 minutes and 30 seconds. I know - such a sneak. I was also feeling good so it was hard to keep myself in zone 1. It was a great fall day - sunny and in the low 70s. But now it's raining and a cold front is moving in and it's supposed to be in the 30s on Friday. I got no nice words for that. And my mom taught me when you don't have anything nice to say - don't say anything at all. I will say one thing though. I DO NOT heart cold weather. I was so sad to see all the cold weather riding gear in the shop today. I'm talking some serious gear too - crazy gloves and hats and hats that fit over your helmet and crazy boot things that fit over your cycling shoes and some tights that scare me with their thickness. I was thinking I might as well just wear my wetsuit. I did think of one good thing though; if you fall off your bike with all that crap on you're likely to suffer much less road rash. See, there is always a positive to every situation. :)
After my run I was all primed and ready for my first pilates class. I was pretty excited. But when I showed up at the gym they told me the class had been cancelled. What the heck? They had called to tell me but called my work number long after I left work. Oh well. What can you do? I guess I'll try again next week. :)
My shoulder is feeling much better. Celebrex is the bomb. I do heart Celebrex. I actually asked my attending physician today at work if it's okay for me to take Celebrex. He asked where I got it. I said never mind that. He told me it would be fine for me to take it, just not for too long. I think I'm going to not take it tomorrow and see how my shoulder feels without it.
Alas, I must do homework. I DO NOT heart homework. But you've all already heard me complain about that before...so I won't go there again... Good night everyone!

LOL!!
What about push-ups? It's been a while since we've heard anything about push-ups. I'm guessing you do not heart push-ups.

Celebrex is essentially a painkiller. Like all drugs it has possible side effects. Googling will give you some background. If the pain continues I would consider the idea that painkillers kill pain but not its origin. corrado.
