Two More in the Book
Two workouts today:
AM swim workout: at YMCA
3200 yds total (600 yds warmup, 600 yds cooldown)
20x100 as:
5x100 on 1:40
5x100 on 1:35
5x100 on 1:30
5x100 on 1:25
These are the hardest types of workouts for me. Why, I wonder, do I always pick to do them by myself then? :) I haven't figured that one out yet but I'll get back to you when I do. The last 5 were hard, I won't lie. I got about 5 seconds rest on the first 2 but it slowly became 3 seconds, then 2 seconds... I made them all though, by the skin of my teeth or otherwise!
PM cycling workout: movie nite at the shop
We watched The Game (Michael Douglas, Sean Penn) tonight - which I liked a lot. I vaguely remember seeing this movie before but I certainly didn't remember all the little details. Either way I just spun easy in my small chain ring, high cadence, just like yesterday only I only rode for 1:35 vs 1:45. Such a slacker.
Now time for bed (soon) and then some running early tomorrow AM. It's a viscious cycle I tell you - viscious! :)

Yes, the shoulder is feeling better and is Celebrex-free! Thanks for asking! I think my slacking this past weekend gave it just the right amount of time to heal. :)
