My Coach is Trying to Kill Me

I just got my workouts for the week. What. The. Heck??? Man it's rough. I have two days off (today and next Sunday) and I still have 15 hours of work! Okay, that's only because I have a century ride on Saturday but still... I might have to go on strike this week. :) Seriously though, I'm excited to see if I can manage. It will be tough but if I can get through it I know it will make me stronger.

In other news, I'm not nearly as sore as I thought I would be from yesterday's race. Don't get me wrong - I'm sore - but I thought I would be crippled. Just wait until I try to move faster than a crawl tomorrow. I might change my tune. :) Oddly enough my arms and back are really sore. Did we swim and I somehow missed it?! I surmised that it might be from gripping my bike as hard as I could for 25 miles while trying not to topple over. Not sure though. It could have been from sleeping wrong too. :)

Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone for their nice comments about my race yesterday! You guys are the best! You put a big smile on my face.
