Week Summary:
Sunday - Great Lake Escape - 5K run/40K bike/10K run
Monday - off
Tuesday - 3300 yds swimming (off stroke) in am, 1:30 Spinervals in pm, 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchers
Wednesday - bike/run intervals (2.5 miles running, 23 miles cycling), core/feet exercises
Thursday - 3600 yds swimming w/4x(4x50,4x100) in am, 55 minute run w/bounding in pm, 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchers
Friday - 2800 yds swimming w/3x(400,200) in am, 1:25 run w/3 miles tempo in pm, feet exercises/1x100 crunchers
Saturday - 107 mi cycling
Sunday - off(!)
Totals:
Cycling = 180 miles (assuming that the Spinervals would have been about 25 miles if I rode outside)
Running = 29.8 miles
Swimming = 9700 yds
Kind of sore from yesterday. Just normal soreness and then my left knee hurts a little on the kneecap. I would suspect as much. Nothing a little day off today can't fix! I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

and this woman i go to school with told me:
my husband gave my (her) e-mail address to his football team b/c he can never remember his e-mail. they have no idea i am reading their whole back and forth e-mails. they are UNBELIEVABLE. they are always so sweet to my face. WHO KNEW WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON IN THEIR HEAD???
