Week Summary

Sunday - Pittsburgh Tri (1500 m swim, 25 mi bike, 10K run)
Monday - off
Tuesday - 2000 yd easy swim (am), 15 mile crit (32 miles total riding) in pm, 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchers
Wednesday - 45 minute run w/20 minute up-tempo, core/feet exercises
Thursday - 3300 yd swim w/8x25,8x50,8x75,8x100 in am, 45 min run w/4x1:30 hard in pm, 2x25 pushups and 2x100 crunchers
Friday - 30 min easy ride (~9 miles) w/15 min easy run-off, core/feet exercises
Saturday - 23 mile cycling followed by 1000 yd swim
Sunday - North Hills Tri (700 m swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run)
