Bad Bug!
I had a very nice run this afternoon...except for one bad little bug that stung me on my arm. He was very bad. My arm still hurts! I pulled out his stinger but maybe I didn't get the whole thing out. Yuck. This happened to O about 2 weeks ago and he had some sort of allergic reaction wherein he got welts all over his body. I started calling him Bug Boy. Now I think I'm getting my payback. :)
Regardless, my run was good. I ran 45 minutes on trails, the high school cross country course x 2. It was nice to run on some real trails, although I had forgotten how hilly their cross country course is! I felt pretty good. I was a little worried I might feel some ill effects from lunch - O and I hit up the Pizza Hut lunch buffet - but my tummy was just fine.
