Sunday - off
Monday - 3500 meter swim w/8x300 meters, core/feet exercises
Tuesday - 21 mile ride, 33 minute run, core/feet exercises
Wednesday - weights
Thursday - 3200 yd swim w/8x25, 8x50, 8x75, 8x100, 15 mile ride, 2x25 pushups and 2x100 crunchers
Friday - 45 min run w/5-4-3-2-1 hard, core/feet exercises
Saturday - 40 mile ride, body weight circuitx2
Sunday - I can tell you already - OFF! :)
